If you think it's bad now, just wait until next week when all those AA miles start going after TATL flights. I just spent about 300k miles and booked a bunch of TATL flights and MFUs for the next few months. BA miles will be completely devalued overnight once they allow AA members to use their miles for BA flights -- at least for TATL redemptions.
