Not sure if there's a site, but my OAG lists the following minimum legal connecting times for AA:

BOS (between flts 1-3199 to/from 1-3199 and 3200-5999 to/from 3200-5999): 30 min.
BOS (All other flights to/from 3200-5999): 50 min.

ORD (standard): 29 min.
ORD (from widebody): 40 min.

DFW (normal): 35 min.
DFW (SF3 to all): 40 min.
DFW (bet. flts 3000-5999): 30 min.
DFW (all others to/from 3000-5999) : 40 min.

LAX (normal): 30 min.
LAX (flts 1-3199 to/from 3200-5999): 35 min.
LAX (flts 3200-5999 to/from 6800-7199): 50 min.

MIA (normal) 40 min.
MIA (all AA to/from flts. 6500-6999): 55 min.

JFK: 35 min.

STL: 40 min.

SJU: 30 min.
SJU (to/from Eagle): 40 min.
