You really can't have the best of both worlds. My wife and I have flown in the Flagship Suites several times. Given the length of these flights, it's unlikely you are going to want to talk the entire trip. We both select window seats. There is a fold down seat in each suite so your traveling partner can sit there and chat. A large table folds out and both of you can have dinner on it. A word of warning, however. Those fold down seats are not large, so an overly large or very tall person may feel cramped.
I simply can't imagine sitting in those center seats, especially coming westbound, when there is so much to see outside, particulary over Greenland. That scenery beats any movie any day !! Eastbound it doesn't matter that much, if you're taking an overnight flight.
