Not only that - I have specifically done before it on the phone:
Specifically asked "I want to transfer points to someone else's FQ Program" They were not related to me, not the same name, not the same address - nothing.
The CSR asked for the person's Name, program type, and membership number in that program - and did the transfer on the phone while I waited.
Points appeared in the other person's account almost immediately.
