Two of my friends had an accident in Nepal that caused them to be evacuated. IHI handled all the red tape and organized everything quickly and efficiently. I have never had a problem myself but I renew faithfully. It is the best and cheapest coverage i could find and I looked for many.

A large advantage is that they staff with people who can handle many languages so
their service does not have the 'anglo' bias that sometimes slows response.
