There's another problem. I need to claim back my travel costs and there is no facility I can see to print an invoice. Can anybody else help find this?

Your email confirmation should have prices paid on it. Either print and scan, or just extract it to a text file (my company is fine with the latter). You won't get a VAT invoice as VAT is not payable on air fares.
I think the same info is there if you view the confirmation online.
