My run to IST this Friday starts with an RJ7 and due to demands of the trip I will be carrying a fully loaded tote (TravelPro Pl 6 deluxe tote - 17x14.5x9 - http://www.luggagepros.com/travelpro...ing-tote.shtml) in addition to a 20" rollaboard. Will this size tote fit in the mini-bin above 1A on the RJ7 or do I need to move to a seat where I can put the tote underneath the seat in front of me if in fact it would fit there?
