Applied for FB petroleum as I work on oilrigs (contractor), oct 2009. I applied online and got a reply to send business details etc to the FBP office in France. I did but nothing happened. App. 1 month after I tried the same thing again with the same result. Afterwards I called them and asked about it, and they told me they will look it up. One month after I received an email welcoming me to FBP and I will receive my FBC card in not more than 5 weeks (btw the email was in french and I dont speak french!)

So one year later I still have to use that printed email to access the KLM lounge in AMS, they let me in but tell me that I am not registered as a FBC with the normal rudeness of KLM , but dont have any reply or give any kind of help to get me registered.

Am I the only one who has problem with the Flying Blue or am I just unlucky

Any ideas how to get the FBC card as its quite annoying to tell this story every time I want to get in the lounges.
