i saw this comment on another forum and it made me laugh, there was a grain of truth i would imagine:
Why can't CX just for once get someone WHO HAS A CLUE and doesn't sit in a dark cubicle eating noodles and playing computer solitaire to select and trial some quality seats and pay their worth before fitting them across the fleet? It would be cheaper in the long run because they would last 10 years instead of 24 months.
