ok, the rewards are pretty reasonable and easy to accumulate miles. But here's the catch:

1. No miles for discounted fares, beware not all the time will they post this.
2. MISSING MILES Almost everytime I fly with them
3. Poor online and phone service. Last time I tried to raise my concern for missing miles, I had to wait for an hour over the phone before they told me that they will have to call me back. ...? They have never called back..
4. No online payments and have to wait in line which is usually a mile long (airport ticketing office) unless youre an elite member. which in case you still have to wait for quite some time. I suggest you get a number anyway or come in in the evening or very early in the morning (6am)

overall, very poor customer service for mabuhay milers.
