Click on "HSBC Premier Privileges" on the right hand side of the page.

Then click on "Airport Lounge Access for HSBC Premier Customers" on the right hand side of the page.

There are HSBC Premier lounges at a number of airports, Brazil, Mexico, Dubai, Turkey, etc. Some are located airside.
