I didn't get to stay as a guest, but Sheraton made it right by putting us up at the Crowne Plaza on a complimentary basis. They even paid for the taxi to the airport since the shuttle at the CP was not running at 5 am when we had to leave. I was very impressed with how they ended up taking care of us. They only let us know they wouldn't be opening until 4 days in advance, and we had already been traveling 10 days at that point so might have missed the notice altogether if we hadn't been checking email regularly.
