It might be helpful if she could see the
card here, and perhaps have a print-out of it: then at least she'll know what the questions are even if there is no Spanish on her card. (I imagine that they all have the same basic layout.)
The cards are normally handed out on the plane, although I think not always (especially on low-cost airlines, I suspect), but there always seems to be an ample supply floating around in the arrivals hall.
