e500s have always only been good for flights in Region 1 (essentially North America and never for "transoceanic" flights) ) and have always expired 1 year (at the end of the month) from when deposited into your account.

Purchased e500s are non-refundable but should be usable for you and one person flying with you for NA flights. The flight must occur before the expiration.

Will warn you, as a GM, the odds on clearing with the e500s is low on most flights. Was usually best not to purchased until the flight cleared.
