I would like to ask Mr Walsh if he thinks that F passengers being stuffed onto a crowded bus to get to their plane is a premium experience, compared to some of BA's competition in Europe who take them via chauffered car to the plane (LH) - and what specifically BA are going to do to enhance the premium experience for F pax on the ground in future, and when.
