Other than prove that a 10 year old who can use the internet can do the same thing as a personalized concierge agent? Not much...

The quality of the concierge has dropped considerably over the years. I asked them for some restaurant suggestions and they basically sent me a list of 100+ restaurants saying they were all 'excellent choices'.

Still haven't had any luck with restaurant reservations. Of the 4 or 5 times I've called, they've been extremely pushy on booking me into something even though I told them I had no interest.

Travel reservations is sometimes even worse. When I call to check on some fares under the international program, never once have they accepted the fact that I'm just calling to check on the fare, not to book. They will always try to persuade me to just book it and call within 24 hours to cancel if I need more time. When I decline their offer to book, they give me attitude and tell me that even though its cheaper to buy discounted biz seats from the airline, they make it easier...right
