I've been hunting for a 3X on Friendly metal. I've been searching the standard polar suspects, but no luck so far. Does one exist? I don't necessarily need to know what the route is, but if none exist, I'm going to stop searching I'm hoping to find one so that I can use type B vouchers.

If it's the northern border tower or granville, that would be great. (I actually want to go to both of those places.)
