I bet they keep the 717's. They are still the most efficient aircraft in their size class, and they are bulletproof, much more rubust than the 737.

And more importantly, the 717 is right sized for many markets the 737 is too large for. This could help improve Southwest's worst in the industry load factors since the 737 is too large for many markets Southwest serves.
