I had some friends get married at the Flamingo Hilton in the garden area for about 100 people. They have a chapel area there that's nice. The bride and groom changed clothes inside one of the near buildings but not the hotel so I don't think they ever went through the casino/hotel like that.

On the downside, there was no real reception area. Dinner had been the previous night and there was no real area to congregate so we all scattered to the winds afterwards.
