Never had a problem getting Plan AAhead AAwards on AA for CX, Lan Chile, Iberia, BA and AA.
I have no doubt that Southwest offers a valuable award program, but being a single guy who likes to use award travel to fly first class on international flights, Southwest's program is of no value to me.
