No. Unless these are perks:
1. Your priority boarding is only after all business passengers then Diamonds, platinums, and golds board. Oh, and anyone needing extra time and/or traveling with kids. This translates into your stuff will conveniently be located in an overhead bin only 5 rows away instead of the usual ten.
2. Access to preferred seats? I have flown on the 767s to Heathrow, Madrid, Amman, Moscow, Zurich; Santiago, Chile; etc. this year alone. I have yet to find a preferred seat. Exit rows are a little roomier, but usually gone. Also, you will always have people lurking around for the lavatory. I'd hardly call the bulkhead a preferred seat unless you are 4'3'' and travel without carry on luggage. Also, select a preferred seat and pay up for your travel partner.
3. No recognition whatsoever on SkyTeam codeshares. You mean nothing. Not exactly sure what awesome SkyTeam parter TAROM romanian airlines can do for you though, guarantee you a seat next to a goat? Skyteam is racing to the bottom. Look for exciting new partner Angolan Airways in no time for all your travel needs to land-mine ridden countries.
