I've done a fair amount of flying recently, and I just made it to Silver for the first time. The thing is, I only fly internationally to Canada and sometimes to Europe. Rarely do I fly domestically anymore, and so I'm wondering if there are any benefits for Silvers flying internationally. If I recall correctly, Silvers don't get upgrades on intl flights and checking a bag is free without status. These are the two biggest perks in my mind, but being Silver doesn't help me get them (yes, i know, I can check a 2nd bag for free, but I pack light and never need a 2nd bag).

So, I'd like to know if there are any nice Silver perks that FT members benefit from when flying internationally.
