As a WN commuter, I totally agree with you. I mean they can still have open seating for most of the aircraft....how hard can it be to herd people away from BC, exit rows and bulkhead seats?

I am hoping that WN steps up its elite recognition and go beyond priority check-in and security lanes, and early boarding.

When they emphasize "Bags Fly Free" they are not at all appealing to me, they are attracting occasional flyers.

However, they still have no change fees and that is one feature that remains totally near and dear to my heart.
