I was told by the staff that breakfast would be served only at the lounge permanently for gold and diamond members, and it had nothing to do with Ramadan. They said it was a new policy and was started few weeks before Ramadan. The restuarant was still opened for buffet breakfast during Ramadan for the hotel guests who were not diamond or gold members or with breakfast included in the room rate. Well, I don't mind having breafast at the lounge, but at least put more different kind of food like what Hilton Jumeirah does at the lounge.
