I realize some will say that he was using an electronic device when he shouldn't have been. But I say let the cameras roll. Let's say the a/c did tumble. If the camera survived it could provide a great deal of good information for the investigators. Let's say the pilot got the brunt of the blame, a video like this one could exonerate him/her.

If I'm in a situation like this I would want to call loved ones as well and then maybe record the event.
