I'm not sure who I'm more frustrated with: BAA or CO. BAA should really staff more agents. It's not like they don't know the schedule of the planes coming in.
I flew EWR-LHR a few weeks ago in BF and the wait was over 2 hours, which was 1/3 of the total flight time! I was so pissed and (IMO) its reason enough to not fly CO to LHR. I would rather fly AC from the east coast in BE and know that I wont have to wait in a 2 hour line when I land.

Insane. I have 4-5 trips in paid C coming in 2011 to LHR. I highly doubt they will be on CO as a result.
