A friend of mine recently returned to Boston on a domestic flight with her family. When they got to the baggage carousel, 3 of their 4 bags were already there - the fourth one never materialized. They filled out the usual lost bag paperwork but the bag was not found.

A few days later she received a phone call from a bus station in Vermont. Someone had brought the bag into the bus station, stating that he had picked up the wrong bag from the carousel at Logan.

The bus company put it on the next bus to Boston and my friend's husband picked it up at the bus station there.
