A call/email to the IT help desk would probably be worthwhile as they might be able to determine what, if anything, was wrong with your PNR.

I don't have access to O-bucket inventory, but all 6 were available for First-Low awards. I again did not receive any emails except the web check-in email. I have the upgrade gnome on my email whitelist so there is no way it was filtered as spam.
