I second ConciergeMike - I had suspicion that whoever was handling belynches problem in the property did not bring this to the manager's attention. It could bt due to various reasons, one of them being simply afraid to show incompetency to their managers. Could be cultural as well.

I am glad to see ConradMaldives in this thread and this makes me feel much better about my upcoming trip. I psersonally know a few Hilton employees who swear by this property and highly recommended it for my anniversary trip.
