it can happen....earlier this year i had a number of problems with a spg stay in jakarta....i tried to resolve it at the property but could not do so....tried to get in touch with the manager but the property would not do that for me....came back home & raised a complaint with spg corporate....it took a few week & then i finally got in touch with the manager....he said he was completely unaware of the situation & now that he has gone through the series of events, he would refund my entire stay....within 7 days i had the complete refund....
