Although belynch did not directly contact the GM of this property, it is clear that he made several attempts to contact the hotel staff and managers directly and indirectly (via Hilton Corp and Diamond Desk). I found it quite hard to believe that the GM can claim ignorance due to not being informed given the amount of time elapsed and Hilton corp intervention. While it is possible communication errors are partly to blame, I am more inclined to believe there are other more fundamental problems here as well.

Sadly, this incident seems to expose not only potential service issues with this property but also reinforced the impression that Hilton corp is ill equipped to deal and manage customer files and complaints - a reality I am aware but have refused to believe until now.

In light of this incident, I think it would be prudent for members to avoid known rogue properties (e.g. Conrad Maldvies) so not to become belynch #2
