Just to be cute, I usually take the opportunity to ask the concierge about FastTrack and the lack of an arrivals lounge. Even though I'm sure nothing will change until the *A terminal opens at least its fun to see them squirm trying to explain it.
I flew CO 28 in paid BF on Thurs Night / Landed in LHR Friday morning to find myself at the border in a queue for over 90 mins. Completely ridiculous for CO to not form an agreement with LHR to provide this benefit.

To make matters worse, while I'm in my +90 queue, I see the folks from Delta (JFK-> LHR) arrive at the same time and blow past me.
