They are both party schools (though considerably better academically than Jax, for example). U of Sydney has a great location and it is one of the most fun cities in the world. Housing is expensive. If you want a better school (almost as much fun and far better academically) then any of the Melbourne universities is a notch or 2 better (world class for many faculties).
