What/if any compensation are we entitled to? [IFE Failure]
Last week my wife and I flew from MIA-LHR in CW. The inflight video system was brooken in the entire cabin for the entire flight. The crew was very sorry and told us to request compensation. What if any compensation are we entitled to?
