I fly CO BusinessFirst, and am Plat/*G.

Can we use FastTrack or has CO not bought into that scheme there. I seem to remember seeing United signage near the fasttrack lines last time going thru.

Alternatively, I have accumulated a few FastTrack cards from various sources I have not been able to use (from gatwick express/ etc.) Can I simply use those cards or will they boot me to the regular lines. Cards don't appear to have any identifyiers as to where they came from nor any dates....

I asked Alex, but she didn't understand my question. She must have had a long night I guess....
Leaving LHR they will let you use FastTrack based on the credentials you mentioned (same as mine). As GeoMedic mentioned the line is sometimes longer, but I have never felt that it was that much worse. We still use the SkyTeam lounge which is by Starbucks in T4 and it is pretty nice and fairly new.

Inbound to LHR is another story. This is when you really need FastTrack if you come in behind another flight with a lot of travellers clogging up other 'all other passports' queue...and this happens to me a least half the time. I did once use a FastTrack pass that I had left over from a Virgin flight without any problem.

Just to be cute, I usually take the opportunity to ask the concierge about FastTrack and the lack of an arrivals lounge. Even though I'm sure nothing will change until the *A terminal opens at least its fun to see them squirm trying to explain it.
