Valid point and every tourbook as well as most every thread in FT, state that Manila is not a prime tourist destination.

But for those looking to experience Manila, perhaps the remainder of this thread can be devoted to the actual activities & sights there are in Manila rather than suggestions to go to other cities.@:-)
