PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) flight arrives late afternoon/early evening and should not affect the OP.
There is a flight arriving from AMS (Amsterdam) after the SQ flight but the only flights from FRA (Frankfurt) I know of are Lufthansa flights which use T1. I have already listed other non-charter longhaul morning arrivals in T2 in post #19.
morning arrivals include QR from DOH, VS from MCO, CO from EWR before SQ (at this time of year anyway - maybe different in December), and a couple of TATL arrivals after the SQ flight.
