Last week I flew TLV-VIE on LY and VIE-ARN on OS.
LY had a one hour delay but we still had a 45 minute connection (30 minutes is legal in VIE).
We were 7 people taking this trip. 5 of us got our luggage and two of us (including me of course) didn't.
We landed at 22:45 and I got my luggage at noon the next day.
I missed the first half of my meeting the next day.
My friends had different ideas on what shoud be done:
1 - I should have bought a new suit and go to the meeting. Send the receipt to the airline.
2 - Since I didn't do it I should now complain to the airline and get compensation.
3 - Because I got my luggage in less than 24 hours I am not entiteld to anything.

What do you think?
If I should complain, do I complain to LY or OS?
