I just had a one night stay at the W Hoboken booked when my parents were coming to town. I made the room under my name because I wasn't sure who would be staying where (and I have the possibility of an upgrade!). I booked the room with my corporate rate (about 270 for a wonderful room). I checked the reservation in my account on the morning of my stay and noticed the upgrade to the Fabulous Suite (I was very excited and knew that my parents would be excited when they saw the room). They arrived in town around 2 and when they arrived, I checked the reservation again and noticed that I had been upgraded from the Fabulous Suite to the WOW Suite (which I don't even think is a select standard suite at this hotel).

Arrived at the hotel and was recognized as a platinum member by Taylor at the front desk (very friendly staff member). Offered points for my amenity and then told that I was upgraded to the WOW Suite. Once we got up to the room, it was very, very nice (Will post pictures once I get them uploaded from my digital camera). Received a call from Taylor at the front desk to make sure that everything was going well with my stay and the room was what I expected!! Overall, the best W room I have ever stayed in and great staff at the W Hoboken.
