I agree with cfischer on all of this. They are not very nice but they are just bearable with window seats and we like the bulkheads on this airplane. If you are in the middle, you are subject to all of the window people closing their shades and if you like to read, it is like reading in a tomb since the lights above are not really very good.

The 763ERs are better and, as cfischer says, if they show up domestically they are OK. However, after my last two international trips on them this month, I have vowed to book away from them since they are not suitable for longer flights. Many of them are tattered with broken IFE screens, non-functioning lights, and balky seat mechanisms.

The narrowness of the seats gives a lie to the term "Business Elite" since most airlines with two class service have configured them five across instead of DL's six with seat widths up to 22".
