Well, I showed up yesterday with my F reservation... and found an Escalade with Neverlost and <5K miles in my spot. I actually considered it for a minute but the thing was too monstrous for me. I went inside and asked for something smaller and ended up with a nice new Mustang convertible.

All this as a Hertz #1 Gold and no previous rentals at OGG.
