I like this campaign. Only one thing: when I read, "customer service shouldn't fluctuate with the price of oil," I say, I AGREE! Why does it, then? It's akin to a Delta campaign saying, "Airlines should not charge luggage fees," or "all international service should have AVOD throughout the cabin." They're knocking themselves!
