I have Russians friends who have come to the US on tourist visas and they were issued multiple entry visas good for 2 years.
Good point. I don't mind reciprocity, but $200+ for a single entry visa maximum of 30 days validity with only single entry is not what I call economical. At least Brazil, India and China are more flexible on the number of entries and validity length.
