a walk along Manila Bay is supposed to be nice.

Apparently there was a renovated baywalk area (south of the Luneta/Rizal Park) but I read that the promenade has been mostly shut down by the mayor as of 2007 and that most of the bars & restaurants are shut. The article didn't say why the Mayor shut it down.

Two museums have also been renovated recently:
