Just a heads up - the tool is no longer correctly reporting availability for BA awards.

LHR - CPT on 30th Oct using KVSTool shows as "no award availability"

Logging on to the BA website and doing a redemption search - brings up 1 First Class seat on this route.



Do you know what the problem could be ?
