The problem with all this is that with extended connecting times now in effect at DFW, it is possible to fly first class from the east coast to the west coast and get no meal. We will depart FLL at 4:00pm, arrive DFW at 6:15, and depart DFW at 7:50pm and have no meal (unless we want to try and buy one during the stop at DFW). As mist passengers traveling to DFW are connecting, AA needs to take that into consideration, even if they land up feeding some local passengers.
