On the way back, our 50 minute connection was shortened t0 25 minutes. It took us 20 minutes to get to Gate E from Gate B (inc. a bus ride) and we made it, as did our luggage. I would not have a clue what ZRH looks like as all I have done is walk through.
Biggest shame is we did not get to use the LX lounge in ZRH
On the LHR - ZRH - LUG run, I routinely make it with five minutes time from touchdown to takeoff as LX organizes aircraft to aircraft transfers (which include a brief security pit stop).
This happens in no other airport in the world (certainly NOT in Europe)!
