Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Yes. Used OLCI
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? no, not available, but no lines
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? n/a used contract lounge. was packed with people and free Internet overloaded beyond usable
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? no. majority of FAs were late arriving, about 30 minutes before departure (no idea why on a multi-day layover, they were well decked out in duty free though!) never communicated that we'd be late in boarding at the gate or that we left about 15 minutes late.

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Well groomed. Some were not 100% professional. With late crew arrival, they were frantic in getting ready and a few people had their heads bitten off for fairly reasonable requests. Could have been avoided if they took off on time.
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? no
Was the IFE activated on the ground? No and was turned off prior to landing
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes.
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? n/a
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? yes, orders taken on the ground (in status order)
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) 2 hours
How was the quality of all the meals? good 1st entree, full selection of snacks. second dinner (Chicken) was not as good as other offerings
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? not consistent. was good during meal periods, but turned off in between, but did generally respond to requests.
Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time?

Overall experience/any other comments
VOD was a joke and not a priority for the crew. This 763 requires power down on engine start-up, but it was a long time after take off that system was first turned on. Got my head bitten off for asking them to turn it on (20 minutes after take off). My system worked throughout the entire flight, but because of problems at the back they rebooted 5 times and left the system in Welcome Aboard mode from 10-20 minutes each time. The in charge said he needed to do the reboots to prevent a riot in the back for the 40 affected people, but admitted it wasn't actually helping. If AC is going to market the experience this needs to be a higher priority.

Some crew needed a lesson in customer service, having paid for J don't like feeling that any simple request will get my head bitten off.
