Dude- there is a lot of that going around already, and trust me... WE GET IT, I fly enough to see the same frustrations that you do and just choose to write some good stuff down for once. I think there is enough negativity being expressed as it is. Sorry you are so confused about this. I didn't realize that somewhere in the rules of FlyerTalk it said "Welcome to FlyerTalk, where people are only allowed to be a drag". As far as explaining something to this group... you gotta be kidding me right? You can't be that dim.
