I asked in two AC about this and I got, of course, two different answers.

DFW told me: "Absolutely not", I had to fly AA that day to get into the club. SNA told me "Of course, you are always welcome (as long as you pay your dues)".

I still wonder which answer is the correct one, but since they have never checked my boarding pass, I tend to believe the SNA answer.
